An application to purchase tickets does not guarantee approval to attend an event.
Only tickets purchased directly by vetted and accepted attendees will be valid for entry.
Tickets resold without Eros Events' knowledge or permission will not be accepted.

All ticket sales are final. Eros Events does not provide refunds or ticket transfers under any circumstances, except if the event is canceled by the organisers.
This policy applies to changes in personal circumstances, inability to attend, or dissatisfaction with the event.
Tickets are non-transferable, non-sellable, and non-refundable unless express written permission is granted by Eros Events.
Any transfer or sale must be approved in advance via email, and confirmation from Eros Events is required before any action is taken.

Photo ID matching the name on the ticket is required for entry; ensure tickets are purchased under your full legal name.
Admission will be denied to anyone under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol.
Couples tickets are defined as a male and female (M/F) and genuine female and female (F/F) partnership in the swinging environment.
Couples must leave together, meaning both partners must exit the venue at the same time.

Eros Events reserves the right to revoke attendance at any event at our sole discretion, even after ticket purchase, if it is determined that a participant does not align with the values, standards, or community ethos of the event. In such cases, a full refund will be issued, and the decision will be final. This measure ensures the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all attendees.
Eros Events reserves the right to refuse entry or revoke admission at any time if attendees fail to comply with event policies, exhibit inappropriate behaviour, or breach the terms and conditions of entry.

Eros Events and the venue take no responsibility for your actions or the actions of others while on the premises.
Cars parked onsite or nearby are at your own risk.
